Thank you

I’m a big believer in gratitude and acknowledging lineage - from the lineage of my family and Tūpuna (ancestors), the lineage of the teachings and trainings I’ve undertaken and learnt from and the lineage of my personal lived experiences.

My parents Graham and Trish for raising me and being the best parents they can be to me and my sisters. My sisters Charade and Carly. My Grandparents and extended family. Thank you to my Tûpuna, (ancestors) for watching over and guiding me.

My ex husband for setting me free and being my catalyst of change. The marriage ending taught me so much and helped shape me into the woman I am today through the ways I supported myself during that time of massive changes. Who knew I would come to this place of forgiveness and gratitude for it all!

To the ones who led the way and wrote blogs (remember when blogs was all the rage?!) that helped me through my divorce and early awakening - Tara Bliss, Jess Ainscough, Rachel MacDonald, Claire Baker, Connie Chapman, Melissa Ambrosini, Susana Frioni and Rosie Rees.

To my mentors, coaches and guides - Sammie Fleming, Tracey Spencer, Julie Parker, Jade McKenzie, Victoria Bauman, The BYCA team, Emma Rose, Rachael Mooney, Nik Robson, Jessica Dawson, Hellè Weston, Lukis Mac, Dana and Ashanna from Clarity Breathwork, Maki Egan and Katie Kurtz. Thank you for all the teachings, trainings and guidance on my path.

To my #soulfam friends who inspire and cheer me on endlessly I love you all so, so much! Thank you for being in my world. Shannon B, Lauren F, Krystina C, Romy B, Javier, Kaity G, Rach & J, Chelita, Odin R.R, Emz & Dan, Julia H, Ellen M, Chloe H, Jo B, Tamara, Samantha D.G, Chloe P, Rhiana, Mareah G, Haidee and the team at Yoga West. And all the homies on Great Barrier Island.

And to all my OG friends from the early years through to high school and early twenties, so much love to you all!

And all my friends and family who have passed away, now supporting me from the other side - I know you’re watching over and supporting me from where ever you are.

These people form a big part of my lineage and I’m so grateful for the good, the challenging, the learning and unlearning.

xx
